Customer First Real Estate (CFRE), founded by David A. Cook, in January, 1993 with the mission of “Keeping the Customer First.” From the initial meeting with a customer, throughout the transaction and especially after the closing, the Customer is ALWAYS First!

With more than 30 years of successful operations, CFRE has proven that referrals are the best source of business. Customers and their referrals continue to seek CFRE for guidance and help in residential and commercial transactions in DFW and throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois.

The Principals of Customer First Real Estate have extensive experience and success in acquisitions, property management, leasing, marketing and sales of single-family properties, both in foreclosure portfolios and conventional sales.

CFRE has been registered with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for more than 30 years and will orchestrate and manage all real estate transactions for Customer First Holdings III, LLC. By utilizing CFRE’s broad experience, knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and TREC’s guidelines, ALL transactions will be seamless and of the highest ethical standards.
